Every year, Puget Sound Revels presents an assortment of events: dances, sings, concerts, salons, celebrations and more.

February 14 – A Masked Valentines Ball, 7:00 – 9:30pm                         Dancing, Drinks and Dessert!  Find your fanciest wear, add a mask, enjoy an elegant evening with your Valentine dancing lively and lyrical dances of the 17th and 19th centuries under the expert guidance of Mary and Peter Zarich and the Orchestra of the Moon.

March 22: Spring Sing 7 PM – 9:30 PM  Free. The Forum (815 Pacific Ave, Tacoma 98402)       We’ll provide the sheet music while you provide your voices! Let’s fill the air with songs while enjoying each other’s company and food! Food and beverages will be available to purchase.

MAY 1: May Day Celebration at Wright Park 6pm – 7:30.     

Singing, dancing a081-300x200nd flower-crown-making to welcome lovely May. Join us between the pond and the playground (“I” Street side of the park).

All ages.  Free.



JUNE 9: Our Beautiful Brunch at Edgewood Gardengarden gate

SEPTEMBER Abbots Bromliad , Old Town Park (2350 N 30th St, Tacoma)  Dancing with antlers—FREE and for all ages! People who come to The Christmas Revels are fascinated (or mystified!) by the Abbots Bromley Horn Dance.  So we join the California Revels  and haAbbots bromley 2013 10ve a Bromliad. Come learn the dance and participate in it. Or bring a penny whistle, recorder or fiddle and play the tune. We’ll teach the steps and general concept. Some burlap costumes and antlers will be available, but participants are encouraged to bring their own (branches can make pretty good antlers – look around your yard). Or just bring a picnic and watch. We’ll provide musicians and a caller. We’ll also play some fun games.

SEPTEMBER , 6:30 – 7:45pmTacoma Sings. Chihuly Bridge of Glass

Singing on the Chihuly Bridge of Glass to sing-out Bridge Singsummer and sing-in autumn. Music to listen to as you arrive (on the Glass Museum side), then we’ll distribute song sheets and encourage everyone to join in. We’ll sing fun songs various places on the bridge and wrap up with a few lovely rounds. Bring a lantern if you want. We’ll light them as the sun sets. Beautiful.
